- Please email your tax questions to me (mandatory) at contact@abhinavgulechha.com atleast 72 hours prior to the call to help me do my research for your case & be ready with my discussion points. If you send in your questions late or your tax situation/questions are complex & requires more time at my end, I may ask you to reschedule the call suitably. At the time of the call, please have the questionnaire ready with you to ask the questions. Please note that no questions shall be entertained post the call. If you are Returning NRI, you can instead fill and send the Returning NRI Pre-Consultation Questionnaire so that I can get a better idea of your overall financial situation to guide you in a more focussed manner.
- This call is intended w.r.t. discussion on India/US personal taxation & FEMA questions for individuals & families only. I do not advise on taxation for non-individual/corporate entities (e.g. LLP, LLC, trust, companies etc.). I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) from India & do not hold credentials of CPA/EA/Tax Attorney in the US.
- The call is for general tax questions & very complex questions that require a dedicated research effort shall be out of scope of this consultation. In a rare case like that, I will promptly communicate about this fact to you in advance of the call. We can move those questions to a time-based billing model and if you’re not ok with the same, I’ll issue you a full refund. If in doubt, you can email your questions in advance & seek a confirmation prior to booking the call.
- The call is for 1:1 discussion purposes only & I will not be able to provide any written follow-up notes/ action points/transcript/recording of call post the call. You are not permitted ot record the call or use any AI-based or other tools. During the call, please keep your questions & pen & paper handy to make a note of key points/compliances that we discuss them for further reference/research at your end.
- I do only focussed advisory work & dont do any operational work like tax filing etc. I encourage you to do your due diligence & find the right professionals/agencies for the same.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable & non-transferable. Kindly set a reminder at your end & please be on time for the call. Any delay in joining/unused time over the call shall not be adjusted. Request to reschedule the call for genuine reasons is allowed for maximum one reschedule event & post that, a reschedule fee equivalent to 25% of the call fee is applicable per reschedule event & payable in advance. Full fee will be charged in no-show cases.
- The consultation does not include any post-call support over call/email. If you have further discussion points post our call, you can book a maximum of 1 (one) discounted rate follow-up consultations of 30 mns at a fee of $100 within 30 days of the date of original consultation.
