Any fees once paid is non-refundable & non-transferable. For consultation appointments over Phone/Google Meet, any cancellations done less than 24 hours prior to session will incur a 50% charge on the fee as penalty. In case of no-show at appointed time for the session, the fees will be forfeited. In case of professional services, no refund request shall be entertained after the service delivery is commenced at my end.
